Dr. Alex Yen

Dr. Alex is a Bay Area native who graduated from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry.

Two mantras define the way Dr. Alex practices dentistry.  The first is “practicing perfect”.  The second is “ethical dentistry”.  Practicing perfect means taking no short-cuts and only attempting to achieve the best results under given circumstances.  Patients can always expect the best possible outcome when it comes to their dental work knowing that each step and every precaution was taken.  Ethical dentistry means that the right treatment will be chosen for you.  It means that you won’t be sold on the most expensive treatment and that you won’t be forced into accepting treatment that you don’t feel comfortable with.  Knowing this, you can expect the highest level of work that you are also comfortable with when seeing Dr. Alex.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Alex enjoys Warrior’s basketball, Cardinal football and mixed martial arts.  He is also studying for his Certified Personal Trainer license and is a competitive bodybuilder.
